We’ve added a native Braze integration to the Talkable App Store. Brands can now connect Talkable and Braze in minutes, with no engineering involvement and no bespoke setup.
Here’s what you can do:
- Install directly from the Talkable App Store or the Braze Partner Marketplace — whichever fits your team’s workflow
- Configure the integration with just two fields: your Braze instance URL and API key
- Automatically sync email opt-in events from Talkable to Braze via the Track Users endpoint
- Scope opt-ins to Talkable-specific communications using Subscription Group ID — so joining your referral program doesn’t trigger a global email subscription in Braze
Brands using Braze for customer engagement can now run referral programs that feed directly into their existing Braze flows.
