To streamline and enhance the user experience regarding the setup and management of integrations within the Talkable platform, we are introducing an updated “Integrations” section within the All Site Settings. The former “API Integration” section has been rebranded and expanded into the “Integrations” section and now has two subsections:
- JS Integration: A newly added subsection dedicated to JavaScript integration, showcasing the current version of the JS integration implemented on the user’s site. If the JS integration is not yet set up, users will be guided to establish it through a direct link to the Talkable Integrations Page.
- API Integration: The pre-existing setup has been maintained under its own subsection, continuing to offer detailed configurations and information relevant to API-based integrations.
By readily displaying the integration version, users are better informed about the features available to them, ensuring they can leverage the most current and advanced functionalities Talkable has to offer.
